Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Preschool Bus Driver to join our team. As a Preschool Bus Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting students to their destinations on various routes. This position requires excellent driving skills and a strong commitment to student safety.


Duties:

• Operate a school van to transport students along designated routes
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations
• Assist students with boarding and exiting the vehicle
• Maintain accurate bus records/checklists
• Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the vehicle
• Communicate with school personnel to report delays or other issues
• Conduct name to face checks and check bus to ensure all students have safely exited

Experience:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Previous experience as a bus driver/van driver and experience with children (preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Mechanical knowledge to perform basic vehicle inspections and maintenance tasks
• Familiarity with driving regulations
• Commercial driving experience is a plus
• Ability to manage passenger behavior in a calm and professional manner
