LifeLens Technologies, Inc. is a medical device developer located in beautiful Bucks County, PA. We are pioneering innovative, next-generation treatment devices for personal health monitoring.

This is a full-time, on-site position.

Summary
Supports manufacturing production by performing manufacturing processes within a GMP environment. The position is responsible to the Manufacturing Team Lead or as designated by Manufacturing Management.

Essential Functions

Able to read and understand batch process documentation and perform tasks as instructed
Work with tools to complete manufacturing steps
Able to concentrate on detailed work without distraction
Comply with all company and government safety and quality regulations, including wearing personal protective equipment when necessary

Competencies

Surface mounted technology (SMT) equipment operation experience required
Experience working in a GMP manufacturing environment
Experience in PCB circuit assembly and manufacturing preferred
Soldering skills a plus
Must be detailed oriented
Must be able to read and write in English

Required Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent.

Physical Demands

Able to sit and/or stand for an extended period while working.
Must have excellent fine motor skills and good handeye coordination
Vision: Must be able to work under a microscope for extended periods
Able to lift 50 lbs.
Due to the magnetic fields created by our pickandplace machines, for safety reasons, SMT Technicians/ Operators cannot have a pacemaker or ICD. Applicants will be asked during the interview process if they are able to safely work on these machines.

Expected Hours of Work
Scheduled hours as assigned Monday through Saturday for the first shift.
