Daily Responsibilities for a Medical Front Office Admin:
- Scheduling Appointments
- Answering phones
- Insurance verification/ authorizations
- Check in/Out
- Collecting copays and deductibles
Requirement for a Bilingual Medical Front Office Admin:
- Must be confident and assertive
- Must be able to multitask and stay organized
- Must have dependable transportation
- Must have variable reference showing dependability, great work ethic, and positive team attitude
- Must have great customer services skills
- Must be able to multitask and pick up quickly
Hours for the Position :
Monday -Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
