Are you ready to revolutionize the catering experience at some of the biggest concerts and stadium events? Our Gastrobüro team in Leipzig or Chemnitz is currently seeking a dedicated Junior Project Manager - Concerts & Stadiums (x/w/m) who shares our passion for first-class catering.

If you are a natural host at heart and thrive on the challenge of delighting thousands of event attendees with delicious food, then this is the perfect opportunity for you.

As a (Junior) Project Manager, you will provide essential operational support in all phases of our catering projects.

Your Responsibilities

Your tasks at the start of your role will include:

  • Planning, executing, and following up on catering operations at events
  • Coordinating with internal teams and external service providers
  • Creating briefings, presentations, and handouts
  • Corresponding with external stakeholders
  • Reviewing orders and contracts for compliance and cost efficiency
  • Creating proposals and handling customer inquiries
As you progress in your role, you will also take on additional responsibilities such as:

  • Planning events according to needs and budget
  • Monitoring all kiosks during the event
  • Efficient resource planning and leading the project team
  • Analyzing and optimizing processes
  • Managing relationships and communication
  • Eventually, leading a team
  • Setting goals and developing projects
  • Controlling and risk management
  • Analyzing and managing stakeholders
Your Profile

  • You have completed training as an event manager or a similar field
