Compliance Manager for Dynasplint Systems, Inc.


Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Manager to join our team.

The Compliance Manager will play a critical role in ensuring that Dynasplint Systems proactively maintains compliance with all relevant statutes and medical regulations.

This is a full time 40 hour work week position with a base salary between 65-90K (commensurate with experience) and benefits including a 401K Plan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with all relevant statutes and medical regulations
• Collaborate with various departments, particularly Sales, to ensure clarity and simplicity in operating within regulations
• Maintain a strong understanding of relevant regulations in the medical field
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Experience in healthcare compliance is helpful, but other backgrounds will be considered
• Degrees in policy, health or related areas is preferred but not required
• Additional professional certifications will be considered and encouraged when applicable
• Detailoriented with strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced

Pay:
$65, $90,000.00 per year
