Overview:
Local/remote position - some time required onsite in Lebanon, NH

The Digital Content Producer plays a vital role within the diverse Communications & Marketing team, focusing on developing engaging content for Dartmouth Health member websites and social media platforms.

Key responsibilities include organizing and enhancing content for various audiences, optimizing web and social media layouts through graphic design, and overseeing processes for the website and digital channels.

Responsibilities:

Collaborates with digital and technical teams, staff members, and departments to create, modify, and curate content that aligns with editorial guidelines and the Dartmouth Health brand.
Conducts research, writes, edits, and implements digital content effectively.
Works closely with the Communications and Marketing team to select and optimize images for digital platforms.
Manages timelines and project priorities, ensuring smooth project flow in coordination with managers, team members, and clients.
Utilizes content management tools for website coding and develops customized page layouts.
Partners with the Communications team to maintain consistent messaging and support strategic priorities.
Provides training on web creation tools for Dartmouth Heath staff.
Performs any other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in writing, communications, or related field with experience in digital content creation and management.
Strong writing and editing skills for the web, along with a solid understanding of design concepts.
Background in medicine or science is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, creativity, flexibility, and ability to work collaboratively.
Proficiency in Dreamweaver and basic HTML.
