Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers promptly and courteously upon their arrival at the service department.
Listen attentively to customers' concerns and vehicle issues, ensuring thorough understanding before proceeding.
Clearly communicate service recommendations, including necessary repairs, maintenance, and estimated costs, to customers.
Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times, striving to exceed customer expectations and foster longterm relationships.
Schedule service appointments efficiently, maximizing technician productivity while accommodating customer preferences.
Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks.
Create and maintain accurate service records, including customer information, vehicle details, service history, and work performed.
Process customer payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in automotive service or customer service roles. (2+ years required).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse customers and team members.
Solid understanding of automotive systems and terminology, with the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical individuals.
Detailoriented and organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of professionalism and integrity.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Willing to submit to preemployment drug screen and background check.
