    Description

    TalentWealth Recruiting, a boutique financial services recruiting firm, is recruiting for an exciting opportunity. An independent financial advisor practice with over $340MM AUM based in Naples, FL is hiring a Senior Registered Client Service Associate to their growing team. This position is 100% in-office Monday-Friday.

    The Relationship Manager works with the Advisory team on all aspects of wealth management, including managing client relationships, identifying and meeting client needs, and supporting the implementation of financial plans. The Relationship Manager is not expected to create new client introductions. However, the Relationship Manager is responsible for maintaining the teams client service model, directing the planning and onboarding processes, and deepening the client relationship.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    Some of the responsibilities would be:

    • Manage all client inquiries and ad hoc requests such as account information, reporting, check request, wire/fund transfers and other account services requests.
    • Work closely with the financial advisor to help prepare for client meetings
    • Complete all tasks related to the opening of new accounts, the transfer of accounts and closed account processing for the advisor's client base
    • Coordinate and process all paperwork as needed for accounts and client relationship
    • Maintain all client information and account records according to our electronic archiving procedure
    • Document all client servicing activities in the appropriate system(s)

    Requirements

    • Bachelors degree
    • Series 7 and 66 licenses
    • 3+ years of experience in client service with an RIA or financial advisory practice
    • Knowledge of financial services and investments industry
    • Polished and organized
    • Excellent verbal and written communication is required
    • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
    • Strong initiative and work ethic, and an ability to work both within a team and on a self directed basis
    • Ability and willingness to work additional hours if necessary to complete core responsibilities
