What does it mean to be an Inside Sales Specialist at GLS?


As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be a key resource for creating and maintaining professional and profitable relationships with dealer customers within a larger assigned territory, targeted at 20-25% more territory.

In addition, you will be responsible for capturing deals that meet the company's risk and profitability guidelines.


How will you drive value within the organization as an Inside Sales Specialist?:

  • Develop and maintain positive business relationships with dealers through daily conversations and provide exceptional customer service
  • Communicate timely and effectively while responding to all credit processing questions and inquiries
  • Establish and track monthly purchase objectives for assigned dealers
  • Assist the Funding team with the resolution of documentation issues

What should you already know to be successful as an Inside Sales Specialist?:

  • Must have professional and persuasive communication and negotiation skills with the ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
  • Consultative selling skills, executing the sales process, and delivering the best solutions to needs
  • Excellent organizational and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to take initiative, identify needs, make recommendations for improvement, see recommendations through implementation, and evaluate improvements for effectiveness
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
