We are guest-centric, fun and fast-paced High end sports bar group based in Chicago. We are currently expanding our management team as we continue to grow and open new locations. Restaurant/Tavern experience is required with an emphasis on sports bar experience with full service kitchens.

Responsibilities:

Review and approve multiple location hourly schedule b to budgets within budgeted labor costs.

Communicate daily with staff and Director team

Direct hands on oversight of multiple locations

Ensure that all pertinent information concerning each location is documented.

Actively work with operations teams surrounding marketing, training, hiring, staff retention and P&L responsibility.

Coaching and reinforcement of music, atmosphere, ambiance and entertainment programming.

NSO experience in sports bar/taverns preferred.

Make sure all locations operate efficiently according company SOP and guidelines.


Pay:
From $65,000.00 per year
