We are looking for a partial renovation of a bathroom in Riverdale, VA.

The renovation will include installing vinyl flooring over the existing floor, replacing the toilet and vanity with a mirror, and adding 3 LED lights to the ceiling.

The bathroom will not maintain its current layout and measures between 2 and 3 square meters. The changes will involve tiling the floor, updating the electrical and plumbing systems, and installing new furniture. The client will be responsible for purchasing all necessary materials and furniture/sanitary items. The client is a homeowner and is flexible with the start date of the renovation.
