Certified Sterile Processor Technician to join our fast-paced Operating Room.

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing surgical trays and supplies in a safe and cost-effective manner. you will be responsible for decontamination, cleaning, assembly, packaging, sterilization, and distribution of surgical instruments.

• Assist with maintaining an orderly, safe and clean work area and environment.
• Assist in the care, preparation and maintenance of instruments, medical devices and equipment; inspects instruments/equipment for quality and repair needs; reports malfunctions immediately to supervisor.
• Completes recommended process to sterilize/ high disinfect all instruments and surgical devices according to policy and/or manufacturers specifications.
• Assemble instrument trays and surgical packs according to established procedures.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure timely availability of sterile supplies.
• Knowledge of anatomy and physiology to understand medical instruments' use.
• Familiarity with medical terminology for effective communication with healthcare staff.
• Experience in sterile processing techniques to maintain equipment integrity.
• Understanding of physiology to comprehend the impact of contamination on patient care.

Certification a must. 1-2 years experience a must
