At Meadow Lakes, we are looking for qualified pedagogical professionals (m/f/d) according to §7 KiTaG (content removed) to join our team.

At the Evangelical Kindergarten Sonnenschein in Staufen, we educate, support, and care for 62 children in 3 groups using a partially open concept, with both part-time and full-time options.

Our beautiful group rooms, various functional spaces, and large outdoor area provide many opportunities for fulfilling pedagogical work. Our open and collegial team, supportive employer, and engaged parents make for a great work environment.

We are seeking pedagogical professionals (m/f/d) who are familiar with the Baden-Württemberg orientation plan for education, upbringing, and care.

Your responsibilities will include planning, implementing, and developing our pedagogical work, as well as being flexible and creative in responding to the demands of daily kindergarten life.

You should also be empathetic and patient in dealing with children from diverse backgrounds, actively engage in a partnership with parents, and incorporate the Evangelical profile into your work.


We are looking for individuals who are passionate and dedicated to their profession, and who have a respectful and appreciative attitude towards children, parents, colleagues, and superiors.

You should also have completed training or a degree according to §7 of the specialist staff catalog
