As part of the Limbach Group, the largest physician-led laboratory group in Germany, we are part of a nationwide laboratory network with specialists and interdisciplinary teams.

We are currently seeking a full-time (40 hours/week) Customer Service Representative for our Leipzig location.


Your responsibilities:

  • Answering calls in the service center
  • Forwarding calls to departments or physicians
  • Direct contact for external and internal customer inquiries
  • Maintaining master data systems
  • Entering complaints and followup investigations using computer systems
  • Organizational tasks in customer service
  • Welcoming and hosting guests

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed medical vocational training (e.g. medical assistant, medical documentation assistant, etc.)
  • Experience in telephone or customer service is desirable
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Excellent written and spoken German skills
  • Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
  • Precise work style and high reliability
  • Enjoy working in a team and interacting with customers
  • Willingness to work flexible hours
