We are currently seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant (30 hours/week) to join our team at the Paris City Administration.


Responsibilities:


  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail for the Central Services department
  • Managing the city's seals, memberships, and professional literature
  • Assisting with mailroom duties
  • Managing and ordering office supplies
  • Providing support to the City Council office and acting as a substitute for the City Council office supervisor

Requirements:


  • Completed training as an administrative assistant or a similar qualification
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Excellent written and verbal German skills
  • Valid driver's license (Class B)

We offer:


  • Salary according to pay scale group 5 TVöD-V/VKA in the Eastern region
