We are currently seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant (30 hours/week) to join our team at the Paris City Administration.
Responsibilities:
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail for the Central Services department
- Managing the city's seals, memberships, and professional literature
- Assisting with mailroom duties
- Managing and ordering office supplies
- Providing support to the City Council office and acting as a substitute for the City Council office supervisor
Requirements:
- Completed training as an administrative assistant or a similar qualification
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Excellent written and verbal German skills
- Valid driver's license (Class B)
We offer:
- Salary according to pay scale group 5 TVöD-V/VKA in the Eastern region
