Description

Lokal Eatery & Bar is looking for an experienced, passionate and driven Events Coordinator to align with our vision of providing exceptional experiences for all events booked.

Schedule:
MOSTLY REMOTE with 2 days ON-SITE and flexibility to be onsite based on client visits and events scheduled

Responsibilities include:

Evaluate and respond to event inquiries daily in a timely manner
Handle, coordinate and oversee all event operations
Interact with clients in a timely manner
Offer site visits and consultations to clients as and when needed

- prepare BEOs for internal team for planning and execution

Contact clients to stay on top of event details like food orders, decor, planning & execution
Handle event financials deposits and final payments and track the overall event expenses regularly
Carefully supervise event preparation activities and offer solutions to resolve problems in a timely manner
Proactively build events portfolio by reaching out to new clients and businesses in the neighborhood
Strong willingness to be a sales person in negotiating and locking events
Must have an outgoing personality with willingness to travel to hotels, businesses and venues to network and grow business
Previous Experience in Event Management and Hospitality industry Required;
Self-Driven; Excellent Customer Care Skills; Exceptional Communication Skills;
Ability to Maintain a Strict Level of Confidence;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs; canva, excel, adobe platforms required
Professional Appearance;
Strong Problem Solving Skills;
Excellent Organizational Skills; Highly Motivated and Ability to Prioritize Efficiently;
Ability to Work Alone or As Part of a Team;

Job Location:
Will be remote but required to come in for 2 days a week.

Pay - Base plus COMMISSION
