Your central role:


  • Partner collections and claims management is your thing
  • With this task, you take on the execution of partner collections and claims management (complete collection process for brokers, leadership and participation business, major customers, pension funds, Ufunds, direct insurance, group life business) and the review and recording of partner settlements.
  • You also monitor the timely settlement process and resolve settlement/accounting discrepancies (premium and commission discrepancies) with partners as well as departments and sales.
  • You ensure the correct allocation of funds declared through partner settlements to open premium claims and support sales and operations, for example in creating individual statements and individual correspondence, and answering inquiries from internal and external partners by phone

Your profile:


  • Knowledge of sales and payment transactions
  • You have a commercial education, ideally with professional experience in payment transactions and industry experience with an accounting focus.

You have particularly thorough/versatile accounting expertise and knowledge of payment transactions, as well as a strong understanding of insurance products and the legal foundations of insurance contracts.

You already have knowledge of the structure and organization of the company, work guidelines, and application programs.
