- Bachelor's degree in healthcare Related Field (Required), Master's degree preferred
- Certified Professional in Health care Risk Management (CPHRM) is preferred.
- 3-5 years acute hospital experience, preferably in critical care, with a general knowledge of Risk Management activities.
- Ability to review medical records to produce accurate and complete summaries of events.

The RM Clinical Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating risk management activities including proactive assessments, incident reviews, investigations, root cause analysis, risk reduction strategies and reporting to regulatory agencies as required. Additionally, the RM Clinical Coordinator promotes a just and safety culture, applying a continuous learning approach to errors through education, policy, and system development.
