Job Summary

The Service Manager is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to all customers of Ardmore Toyota. This position will be charged with overseeing the service department operations and ensure quality customer experience.

Compensation & Benefits


This is a full-time, salaried position paying $80000 to $130000 per year, depending on the individual's experience and qualifications, and paid on a weekly basis.

Other benefits provided by Ardmore Toyota are medical/dental/vision insurance, profit sharing, 401(k), and vacation/holiday leave.


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee service department operations, ensuring daily workflow and customer service standards are met
  • Develop and monitor service metrics using data to identify improvement opportunities
  • Work with service advisors, ensuring accuracy and accuracy and quality of customer service
  • Resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently
  • Oversee parts ordering effectively to ensure that part availability meets customer/service expectations
  • Serve as a technical resource to the team
  • Maintain professional customer relations with all customers
  • Ensure safety protocols are being followed

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, preferred
  • 5+ years of automotive service or management experience a plus
  • Excellent customer service and communications skills required
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a very fastpaced environment
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clientele and employees
