Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people and has excellent communication skills.


Responsibilities:


  • Analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions or responses
  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order status inquiries
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
  • Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Generate sales leads
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers

Skills:


  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English ( language skills are a plus)
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Multilingual abilities are highly desirable
  • Sales experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Pay:
$ $25.15 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
