Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people and has excellent communication skills.Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions or responses
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order status inquiries
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Generate sales leads
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English ( language skills are a plus)
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable
- Sales experience is a plus
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication
Job Types:

Pay:
$ $25.15 per hour
