Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team.
As a Construction Laborer, you will work on various construction projects, assisting with the manual labor and ensuring the smooth operation of the construction site.
This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites
- Operate hand and power tools as directed by the construction team
- Load and unload materials and equipment from trucks
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with the construction team to complete projects on time
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
Skills:
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor tasks
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in measurements and tasks
- Time management skills to meet project deadlines
- Problemsolving skills to overcome challenges on the job site
Pay:
From $16.00 per hour
