Description
Experience in handling customer inquiries via phone and email in Seabrook, MA- Experience in an administrative support role, including collaboration with internal or external teams
- Experience in problemsolving for both customer inquiries and internal processes
- Advanced German language skills (C1)
- Good English language skills (B2)
Key job responsibilities
- Contacting customers
- Investigating and resolving delivery issues, if necessary in collaboration with our logistics teams and delivery partners
- Maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly records of the status of customer inquiries
- Adhering to work instructions and protecting customer data
- Assisting with internal communication, including presentations, and contributing to programs for continuous improvement and internal engagement
You work in one of our last-mile distribution centers, which includes Amazon's most advanced technologies.
During the shipping and delivery of orders, you communicate with our logistics centers, as well as our partners, delivery companies, and customers as needed.
If customers need to reschedule deliveries, you notify our delivery partners accordingly.You immediately solve any delivery issues that you notice so that our customers can enjoy a great experience every time without having to contact Amazon.
