Assessment of vehicle damage
Preparation of damage and value appraisals
Calculation and determination of damages
Determination of dealer purchase and residual values
Process control and claims management
Customer support and communication with lawyers and insurance companies
Qualifications
Completed training as a master mechanic, master painter, master technician in automotive engineering, or state-certified technician in the automotive sector
Professional experience in the field of accident damage or repair
Knowledge of Audatex/DAT is desirable
Customer-oriented and flexible working hours
Cooperative and independent work style
Additional Information
If you do not have any previous experience in creating damage appraisals, we will train you in our TÜV SÜD Academy.
