Training Process

During your training, you will get to know the exciting world of paper production. You will learn about the different processes of pulp preparation and how to operate and monitor the preparation systems. You will also learn how to check and evaluate measurement results and independently identify and resolve production disruptions.

With us, you have the opportunity to learn an interesting profession with many facets and good career opportunities.

We also offer exciting events for our trainees to participate in.

The theoretical part of the training takes place in the form of block lessons at the Papiermacherschule in Gernsbach. Here, you will gain the necessary knowledge for the final exam.

In addition to vocational school, we support our trainees in preparing for the intermediate and final exams. Employee Benefits
