JOB SUMMARY

Business Context


The Global Talent Acquisition team is responsible for effectively delivering tools, technology, and innovative approaches to help drive compliance and continuously improve recruiting processes, services and performance.

This role supports the COE's efforts to monitor and optimize the use of existing processes and tools and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.


Job Summary


As a member of the Talent Acquisition Center of Expertise (COE), the Manager will work closely with the Director and other members of the TA COE to evaluate the current use of talent acquisition processes and tools, analyze metrics and qualitative data to monitor performance and compliance, and support the implementation of process improvements.

This position also supports the development and launch of new programs and technology to meet the organization's talent acquisition needs.


Expected Contributions

  • Monitor and drive continuous process improvement in all aspects of the recruitment process and the usage of Marriott supported TA systems across the enterprise.
  • Evaluate the use and business impact of existing talent acquisition processes, tools and programs by reviewing and analyzing metrics, customer satisfaction and other data points. Identify trends based on quantitative and qualitative data to determine improvement areas, provide follow up for issue resolution and/or appropriate communication to the businesses, and make recommendations on process changes as needed.
  • Monitor compliance with talent acquisition processes and policies, and the use of talent acquisition systems and programs to ensure their optimization.
  • Support the development, updating and communication of talent acquisition policies and standards, in response to changing regulations and/or internal business requirements.
  • Review RPO performance with recruiting processes, including performance against service level agreements, adherence to selection strategy, compliance with background check requirements, among other areas.
  • Support the design, development and launch of automated onboarding tools to the US market and MIHQ.
  • Manage and update as needed the talent acquisition information posted on Marriott's intranet.
  • Serve as a key member of the Core Testing Cadre, responsible for performing user acceptance testing of technology enhancements, releases, and new implementations.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's degree (Business, Human Resources Management or other related field) required; Master's degree a plus

EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HRrelated or business consulting role (e.g., talent acquisition, recruitment, HR data analytics, HR consulting, change management).
  • Demonstrated technology skills in MSWord, PowerPoint, Excel and Project.
  • Current with HR and business trends and best practices.
  • Experience providing solutions to or consulting with a global, multigenerational audience.
  • Experience with talent management and onboarding systems (e.g., Oracle Recruiting Cloud) a plus.
  • Hospitality industry experience a plus, not required.
