Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Vanguard Plumbing, you will be the voice of our company, ensuring our customers receive the best service possible.

You will be responsible for:

• Answering incoming phone calls in a friendly and professional manner
• Scheduling and booking service calls efficiently
• Acting as the primary communication hub between our office and service technicians
• Providing exceptional customer service and addressing customer inquiries or concerns
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask effectively
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using scheduling software and office management tools
• A positive and professional attitude with a passion for helping others
