Introduction


We are currently seeking Inbound Customer Service Representatives for our project with one of Europe's leading telecommunications companies in Rio Grande City, TX.


As a successful member of our dynamic, multicultural team, you will have a strong sales affinity, enjoy communicating over the phone, possess good computer skills, and have excellent German language skills.

Your main responsibility will be to assist our German-speaking customers - primarily by resolving their inquiries, but also by identifying their needs and offering and selling appropriate services and products.

In return, we offer an attractive commission to reward you for successful sales conversations.


Your Responsibilities:


  • Telephone support and advice for our existing customers;
  • Management of contracts for internet and television;
  • Passing on additional sales and purchase offers (inbound).

Your Strengths:


  • Excellent written and spoken German language skills;
  • Basic knowledge of English;
  • Good computer skills;
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales is an advantage;
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build a good relationship with customers and assist them in finding the best solution;
  • Ability to present complex information in a simple and understandable way.
