- Interprets and analyzes trends and patterns within business datasets to understand key influencers
- Provides data-driven business insights and analysis to help guide operational decision making
- Creates reports of findings and potential recommendations with trends identified and conclusions summarized for review by management
- Collaborates with key business partners to design and develop metrics that enable success and change within their departments based on current business processes
- Creates reports, dashboards and visualizations to help internal and external stakeholder easily understand business performance.
- Responds to ad-hoc reporting requests, bringing together key data to answer business questions about program effectiveness.
- Communicates results and metrics with project stakeholders via clear written and spoken communication.
- Performs other duties as assigned. \r
- Bachelor's degree Computer science, IT, Business or related field required
- Master's degree Computer Science, IT, Business or related field preferred
- 5-7 years related experiecnce required
- Experience with BI tools such as PowerBI and/or Tableau
- Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Knowledge of mid-level SQL and relational databases
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python/Pandas, R, etc. is a plus
