    JOB DESCRIPTION
    Senior Computer Systems Analyst will enable capabilities, configurations and data sources that unlock impactful business use-cases.

    Identify and lead several projects from ambiguous business problem to detailed, quality requirements that deliver, enhance, and maintain new and existing capability and exceptional customer experiences.

    Partner with business stakeholders and be known as a proactive partner who can confidently deliver measurable solutions that enable key business goals.

    Ensure that high quality data is going in, being used appropriately, and producing measurable results. This role works collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions effortlessly.

    Specialist will possess key knowledge of Atlassian products including, but not limited to JIRA Service Manager, Confluence, Zephyr, and all related products.


    RESPONSIBILITIESCollaborate with leadership and infrastructure teams in developing scalable, efficient, and maintainable solutions using JIRA including Clustering and other optimizations.

    Experience in working with internal teams and other cross functional team to configure projects, requirements mapping and system dependencies/integrations traceability.

    Support the implementation of JIRA and other applications within the Atlassian Marketplace by applying knowledge of different project management processes and designing JIRA workflows with an agile mindset.

    Configure JIRA for new requirements and enhancements as well as perform JIRA administration work such as user and group configurations.

    Measure and report on key performance metrics related to system availability, user satisfaction, and business impact to the organization. Perform systems management, integration functions, migrate existing systems, capabilities, workflows, to new future state system.
    Create tailored configurations, workflows, automations, reports, and integrations that meet specific user requirements.

    Work alongside a team of product managers, systems architects, business systems analysts, developers, and other cross functional teams to analyze existing systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation by delivering high quality deliverables.

    Design high-level system architectures and low-level technical specifications via data models, process flows, and other system documentation etc.
    Train, partner, and empower team on the use of Atlassian tool and its related integrations.
    REQUIRED Minimum QUALIFICATIONS

    BS degree in computer science, information technology, or related field

    Active Clearance:
    Public Trust or Secret Clearance or Ability to ObtainU.S. Citizenship Required for USG work.
    Experience with administering and developing software team solutions on Atlassian tools.

    Experience with Java, JavaScript, Groovy script, SQL, JQuery, HTML/XHTML/CSS, REST APIsExperience with other similar tools like ServiceNow and TableauAdvanced understanding of JIRA workflows, permission schemes, notification schemes, screens schemes, etc.

    Ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment.

    Candidate must have approximately 10 or more years of experience with computer systems analysis and 1 year of Configuration Management (CM) experience including:
    establishing and controlling the CM Audits, CM Library, Configuration Items (CIs), and baselines.

    Excellent oral and written communication skillsRemote - Chosen Candidate MUST Live in Eastern or Central Time Zone - No ExceptionsRemote: Must be willing to work in the DC Metro Area Quarterly.


    DESIRED SKILLS
    Basic understanding of Configuration Management Guidance.
    Experience working with cross functional teams and demonstrating strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with federal clients.
    Experience working with Agile methodologies.
    Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple training initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.
    Experience producing technical documentation to communicate standard operating procedures and detailed analysis.

    CERTIFICATIONS
    Certified CompTIA, Microsoft, or related industry certification preferred.
