Your responsibilities

  • With great dedication, you take on the management of a store and take care of the professional leadership, organization, and motivation of your team of 2040 employees
  • You analyze key performance indicators, optimize work processes, and continuously improve the store's performance
  • You ensure the implementation of our store concepts and ensure that your store impresses with excellent product availability, freshness, cleanliness, and highquality service
  • As a leader, it is natural for you to lead by example and also work on the sales floor
  • In addition, the training and development of your employees is a top priority for you
Your profile

  • Several years of professional experience in retail or a comparable industry with leadership experience in a similarly responsible position
  • Team player with a high level of responsibility and the ability to inspire and motivate employees
  • Strong decisionmaking skills and resultsoriented
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, 5 days a week
