We are collaborating with an exciting AI-based Customer Service Software company located in Germany and we are thrilled to assist them in their search for a Senior Backend Developer to develop their new AI-based Product:

Your Responsibilities:

  • Join our "Customer Care" team and serve as the main point of contact for technical and application-specific support inquiries from our prestigious clients.
  • Efficiently handle customer queries through Jira, email, or phone channels.
  • Independently classify and process inquiries, working closely with customers and specialized departments to ensure successful and solution-oriented resolutions.
  • Perform installations, project-related configurations, and conduct training sessions as part of customer projects.

Qualifications:

  • Completed IT training or a similar qualification.
  • Prior professional experience in a software or IT company, preferably in a support or related role.
  • Passion for technical subjects and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent proficiency in spoken and written German; proficiency in English is desirable.
