Your responsibilities:

Preparation of complex annual financial statements / profit determinations according to tax and commercial law for clients of various legal forms, industries, and sizes
Preparation of corporate and personal tax returns
Preparation of unit value declarations, inheritance and gift tax returns
Preparation of balance sheet reports
Tax support and optimization of corporate changes in relation to business succession, conversion, new and restructuring
Preparation of financial overviews and business plans
Management of projects in the business and tax sector
Independent conduct of final
