Your responsibilities

  • You are the first point of contact for all IT matters and have interface responsibility between departments and IT
  • You manage the requirements processes from gathering, analysis, and implementation to acceptance and optimize existing processes
  • You create structured specifications, process and procedure descriptions
  • You take on project and process responsibility, particularly for monitoring project progress, monitoring, documentation, and escalation management
  • You are responsible for release and product planning as well as the operational readiness and further development of assigned IT products and services

Your qualifications

  • Completed university degree with a focus on computer science and business administration or a comparable education with initial professional experience in an agile environment
  • Demonstrable successes and practical experience as a service manager
  • Experience as a product owner is advantageous
  • Experience as a project or product manager is advantageous
  • Sound experience in requirements management
  • Experience in disposition or escalation in the field of service management
  • Clear, goal-oriented, and structured communication skills
  • Strong customer and service orientation as well as understanding of IT service quality
