Your responsibilities
- You are the first point of contact for all IT matters and have interface responsibility between departments and IT
- You manage the requirements processes from gathering, analysis, and implementation to acceptance and optimize existing processes
- You create structured specifications, process and procedure descriptions
- You take on project and process responsibility, particularly for monitoring project progress, monitoring, documentation, and escalation management
- You are responsible for release and product planning as well as the operational readiness and further development of assigned IT products and services
Your qualifications
- Completed university degree with a focus on computer science and business administration or a comparable education with initial professional experience in an agile environment
- Demonstrable successes and practical experience as a service manager
- Experience as a product owner is advantageous
- Experience as a project or product manager is advantageous
- Sound experience in requirements management
- Experience in disposition or escalation in the field of service management
- Clear, goal-oriented, and structured communication skills
- Strong customer and service orientation as well as understanding of IT service quality
