Description
As a trainee at St. Joseph, you will go through a tailored, comprehensive, and diverse program with an individual development plan designed specifically for you. You will have direct contacts, mentors, and buddies who will support you both professionally and personally at all times. You will gain extensive insights into various areas of the company and build a strong network through your involvement in daily operations and projects. You will work independently from the beginning, but you will never be left alone. You will learn about new technologies and strategies and be accompanied through the program by seminars, workshops, and personal development modules. One highlight: you will also get to know colleagues from our subsidiaries abroad, as an international assignment is an integral part of the trainee program.
As a fair and successful industrial company, we will employ you in an indefinite collective bargaining agreement from the start.
The trainee program begins on
Tasks:
- You will support colleagues in implementing the national sales strategy based on the regional sales strategy
- You will work on the development and expansion of the automation business
- You will also assist our subsidiaries in carrying out sales and marketing activities, as well as continuously reviewing and evaluating processes
- You will coordinate and conduct customer visits and take care of foreign guests at our headquarters
