Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Property/General Manager to join our team in New York City.

The Property/General Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of our luxury, mixed-income rental property, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction for our residents while maintaining the highest standards of property management.

Building Information:
The 34-story building comprises a collection of approximately 1 studio-, one-, two-, three
- and four-bedroom residences, many of which bestow uninterrupted cityscape and East River views and promise to provide residents a totally integrated lifestyle destination. Amenities include Children's Playroom, Teen Room, Courtyard, Fitness Center, Basketball, Pickleball, Men and Women's Locker Rooms, Sauna and Steam Room, Indoor and Outdoor Swimming Pools, Screening Room, Game Rooms, Golf Simulators, Bowling, Social Lounge, Co working Lounge, Maker Space, and Event Lounge Space.


Pay:
$130, $150,000.00 per year
