    Consider joining our team as a Maintenance Technician for Harper's Point Apartments in Cincinnati, Ohio.

    Who you are:

    • You have experience in multifamily residential maintenance.
    • You have strong maintenance and customer service skills.
    • You have HVAC and EPA certifications.
    • You have a valid driver's license, auto-insurance, and a reliable vehicle for work use.
    • You are willing to submit to a drug and background check if offered this position.

    What you'll do as a Maintenance Technician:

    • Complete work orders from apartment residents
    • Use maintenance skills in electric, plumbing, grounds, apartment turns, appliance repair, carpentry, locks, and keys
    • Scheduled hours: Monday - Friday 8am to 4:30pm, with on-call rotation as scheduled
