    Description

    Maintenance Technician
    This is a
    DIRECT HIRE position with a local client in West Chester Township, OH. The position is going to be first shift, Monday through Thursday 6am to 4pm. Pay rates for this position start at $28/hr. .


    Responsibilities

    • Maintain all manufacturing equipment and keep in good, safe working condition.
    • Maintain all heating and cooling systems within the building.
    • Order all necessary parts for above mentioned jobs
    • Work with all department heads to ensure their maintenance needs are addressed within a timely manner.
    • Operate electric meters, welders, shears, break machines, fork truck, drills, band saws, torches, high lift equipment, overhead cranes.
    • Perform minor electrical repairs.
    • Maintain all PM records as described per our quality procedures.
    • Maintain all outside HAVC Units on roof top of building.

    Need to Have's

    • Certified in electrical, mechanical, heating and cooling repair
    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Basic math skills
    • 5 years practical factory experience
    • Forklift Operators License
