    Your Impact

    The File Clerk reports to the Accounts Payable Supervisor and provides general file support to the Accounting Program. Major responsibilities include recording, tracking, filing, and maintaining all related department files, statements and records.


    • Record, track, file, and maintain Accounting related files and documents including but not limited to checks, bank statements, contracts, payments and documents from staff, clients, foster parents, customers, and vendors.
    • Perform data entry and tracking of records both in hard copy and digital format.
    • Maintain files and records compliantly to Aspiranet policy and regulatory standards including on site records, digital and off-site records.
    • Ensure both paper and digital files are organized, complete, correctly placed, and legible.
    • Ensure the confidentiality and security of all physical and digital copies are maintained.
    • Archive files in accordance with Aspiranet policy.
    • Perform scanning and photocopying assignments as needed.
    • Provide files and copies of backups as needed.
    • Cover the reception desk as a backup as needed.
    • Perform additional duties as assigned.
    Education & Work Experience


    • Knowledge of effective filing systems and practices.
    • Ability to sort, organize, and file documents accurately and efficiently.
    • Communicates clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
    • Must be able to comprehend and follow instructions.
    • Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Flexibility and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Professional appearance and demeanor.
    • Meets all state required conditions of employment as set forth by Community Care Licensing for a Licensed Community Care facility; i.e. Fingerprint and child Abuse Index clearance, TB/Health Physical, valid CDL and clean driving record.
