Top ranked law firm is looking for a senior associate or junior partner with over 10 years of experience in insurance coverage, reinsurance, regulatory, and compliance counseling and litigation. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside internationally recognized partners on complex insurance and reinsurance legal issues. Some travel may be required to various locations such as Garden City, White Plains, Hartford, or Buffalo.
Key Qualities:
This role involves working on a diverse caseload independently and collaboratively, including drafting legal documents, conducting depositions, and appearing in court. The ideal candidate must have exceptional writing, research, and analytical skills, along with a dedication to professional growth. Admission to practice in New York is required, with Federal Court experience being a plus. Previous experience in insurance coverage, defense, compliance, and commercial litigation is advantageous.
Responsibilities:
