This is a hybrid position based in Rochester, NY.In this role, youll spend part of the week onsite with one of our strategic partners, providing hands-on support and strengthening the partnership.
/ppWhat youll do:/ppDirectly and through Account Representatives, manage all relationship management activities for clients in the assigned business segment and/or geographical region. Ensure that customers receive an optimum level of products and services that fully meet or exceed expectations. Ensure that the assigned area attains or exceeds profit objectives through development of new business opportunities and retention of existing profitable relationships. Provide high level, responsive, quality service to clientele.

/pulliClient Relationship Management:
Maintain and strengthen long-term partnerships, serve as the dedicated advocate, address inquiries, and ensure high-level support to drive revenue growth
/liliRevenue Growth Initiatives:
Collaborate with Elavons Portfolio Management team and the partner to identify and execute upsell as well as cross-sell opportunities aligned with partner initiatives, directly contributing to revenue targets
/liliProcess Optimization:
Lead efficient onboarding, support, and training efforts with a focus on streamlining workflows and enhancing operational efficiency
/liliLocal Collaboration:
Travel locally as needed to visit partner offices, conduct workshops, and work closely with partner teams to align on goals and deliverables
/liliCross-Functional Support:
Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for partner needs and identify opportunities for emerging projects
