Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
• Develop project schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
• Manage project budgets and track expenses
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and compliance with safety regulations
• Collaborate with clients to address any concerns or issues that arise during construction
• Provide guidance and support to project teams, including contractors and construction workers
• Ensure adherence to building codes, permits, and other legal requirements
• Prepare and submit progress reports to stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in construction management or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods
• Proficient in using construction management software such as ProCore, HeavyBid, Bluebeam, Primavera
• Familiarity with construction estimating and blueprint reading
• Excellent project coordination and organizational skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
