    Vital Healthcare Solutions partners with long-term care facilities throughout Pennsylvania. Our mission is to provide compassionate, quality healthcare. We are currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner with Behavior Health experience to join our team

    Join our supportive Psychiatry team who are proud of our patient centered core values. Knowledge, servants heart, ethics, and tenacious drive are the pillars that our organization stands on and what we abide by everyday.

    Through patient assessments and collaboration with interdisciplinary team, our Advanced Practitioners diagnose a broad range of mental health disorders, develop and implement treatment plans and follow up. Responsibilities include: Evaluation of patients with mental, emotional or behavioral disorders, development of treatment recommendations for physicians to administer psychotherapeutic treatments and medications, consult with facility staff on patient centered behavioral interventions, provide timely and appropriate communication with agencies, referring physicians, patients and families. Flexible work schedule. NO ON-CALL DUTIES.

    Qualifications
    • Must have a valid / active CRNP license in the state of Pennsylvania
