This position is with a community-based, nonprofit organization that s committed to their patients and making a difference throughout Allentown, PA.

Retention Bonus - $10,000 (after 2 years of full-time employment)

Monday Friday (8:00 am 5:00 pm)
Educate patients and their families on preventative care & prescribed treatments
Collaborate with the care team in assessing, planning, and implementing the patient s care plan
Providing care to patients of all ages
