As the Buyer for GoStockUp, you will play a pivotal role in identifying potential buyers, negotiating deals, and overseeing the acquisition process of our company.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with a strong background in mergers and acquisitions within the gourmet food e-commerce sector.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential buyers and assess market trends within the gourmet food ecommerce industry.
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective buyers, investment firms, and other stakeholders in the gourmet food sector.
• Lead negotiations and manage the due diligence process specific to the gourmet food industry.
• Collaborate with legal and financial advisors to ensure compliance and mitigate risks within the gourmet food ecommerce space.
• Provide regular updates to the executive team on the progress of acquisition activities within the gourmet food ecommerce sector.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of successfully executing acquisitions and driving value creation within the gourmet food market.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills specific to the gourmet food sector.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills tailored to the gourmet food ecommerce space.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a fastpaced environment within the gourmet food industry.

Pay:
$ $25.00 per year


Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:

• Oceanside, NY 11572: Relocate before starting work (required)
