We are looking for an energetic, cheerful person to add to our team This position is two parts:
General office duties and social media management.


General office duties:
- answering phones with a sincere, friendly voice every time.
- scheduling leads
- familiarity with Phoenix metro layout is important.


Social Media Duties:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
• Create engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn and Tik tok and Nextdoor.
• Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and feedback
• Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner
• Analyze social media data and metrics to track the success of campaigns and make recommendations for improvement
• Stay uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences
• Proficient in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer
• Strong analytical skills to track and measure the success of social media campaigns
• Have to self control to stay off personal social media and focus on company social media while at work.

Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
