    The Joseph Companies are currently looking for a bookkeeper/administrative assistant to join our team.

    Requirements:

    • Accounting skills: Background in general accounting, preparing budgets, tenant reconciliations, and accounts payable
    • Computer skills: Proficient in Excel and Sage/Timberline accounting software
    • Organizational: Ability to multi-task, must have exceptional organizational skills
    • Personality: Fun, energetic, positive person who works well with others
    • Associates or Bachelors Degree
    • Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
