C.T. Gabbert Remodeling and Construction has been in business for 46 years and our future is strong.We are looking to add another key piece to our team An Office Assistant/ Bookkeeper's duties typically include:
- organizing meetings and managing databases
- handling correspondence, complaints, and queries from tenants and construction clients
- preparing letters, presentations, and reports
- ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date
- assisting the organization's HR and finance functions by keeping personnel records up to date and updating financial documents.
- knowledge of administrative software packages (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.)
- good interpersonal and time management skills
- basic accounting skills
- QuickBooks preferred
Previous office-based, secretarial, or customer-facing work experience is essential.
