Distinguished, mid-sized insurance defense litigation firm is looking for experienced FLORIDA Insurance Defense Litigation Attorneys (3rd Party Bodily Injury Defense or 1st Party Property Defense) to join their TAMPA team.


WE ALLOW HYBRID WORK-FROM-HOME (it can be MOSTLY REMOTE).

SALARY is open for negotiation and would start at $80,000 for new attorneys but can pay up to $200,000 for career defense attorneys who bring a lot to the table. _


BILLING:
We have a far lower billable hour requirement than most insurance defense firms as our compensation is performance-driven. We prefer "quality over quantity." We do not have a "written" billable hour requirement as long as you're doing what needs to be done (excellent work of course) when it needs to be done
