Summary:
The Project Director will support Frontier in providing institutional support services to the USAID Bureau for Planning, Learning, and Resource Management (PLR).
Responsibilities:
Essential Job Functions:
- Provide full time institutional support staff to the USAID Bureau for Planning, Learning and Resource Management (PLR)
- Provide shortterm technical assistance (STTA) and surge support to PLR and USAID Missions overseas
- Support a smooth transition of existing institutional support contractor staff and integrate learning and adaptive management throughout contract implementation
- Provide oversight and leadership through daytoday projects
- Provide direction and functional activities including strategy and technical implementation
- Oversee team of technical experts
- Serve as the primary point of contact with our Contracting Officer, representative and other key personnel
Qualifications:
Necessary Skills and Knowledge**:
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business/Management or related field or equivalent experience in lieu of degree
- Minimum 10 Years of experience in staffing/management programs
- Minimum 5 Years of experience working with USAID programs
- Experience overseeing diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility (DEIA) projects
- Experience with Project Design and implementation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree Preferred
- High Volume Recruiting experience
- DE&I training and experience
- Ability to obtain a Top Secret Clearance
