We are seeking a diligent and customer-focused
Document Support Clerk to join our dynamic team in Easton, Maryland. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to delivering top-notch administrative support and customer service, we want to hear from you


Key Responsibilities:

Mail Management: Prepare and dispatch mailings with precision and urgency. Ensure timely submission of all outgoing packages.

Fingerprinting: Become a certified fingerprint technician through our provided State of Maryland training course and deliver accurate fingerprinting services.


Who You Are:


  • You possess a High School Diploma or GED.
  • You are available to work onsite at our Easton office, Monday through Friday, from 12:30 PM to 4:30 PM EST.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer navigation.
  • You excel in multitasking and managing tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
  • You have a keen eye for detail and are highly organized.
  • You have exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
  • A notary certification is a plus but not required.

$ $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week


Schedule:

  • 4 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

Experience:

Microsoft Excel: 1 year (preferred)


Ability to Commute:
